Delete Your Kepsec Account

How to delete your Kepsec account and associated app data.

1. Delete Your Account In The App

Open Kepsec and go to Profile, then Privacy & Data. Choose Delete Account & Data and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

This in-app flow requests a short-lived confirmation token before deletion is completed, which helps prevent accidental account removal.

2. Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@kepsec.com from the email address or account channel associated with your Kepsec account.

Include the subject line "Kepsec account deletion request" and any account identifier you can provide, such as your login email, Telegram username, or support case reference.

3. What Will Be Deleted

Account profile data, saved readings, birth or personalization data, diary entries, chat-related account data, device installation records, and push notification tokens associated with the account are deleted where technically and legally possible.

Some limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or purchase-platform obligations.

4. Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately after confirmation when the account can be matched and the request is valid.

Email deletion requests are reviewed by support. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.

5. Subscription Note

Deleting your Kepsec account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe, Telegram, or another purchase platform.

Please cancel recurring subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them, or contact support if you need help finding the right cancellation path.
