Kepsec is a digital AI chat and journaling product delivered online through web and Telegram. Access is typically activated immediately after successful payment and account confirmation. No physical item is shipped.

Refund Policy

Because Kepsec provides digital access and immediately consumable software features, completed charges are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where refunds are required by applicable law or where a duplicate or unauthorized charge is confirmed.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your account identifier, purchase platform, purchase date, and payment reference.

Subscription Cancellation

Recurring plans can be cancelled before the next billing date through the purchase platform or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not retroactively reverse already delivered access unless required by law.

Access Support

If paid access is not activated after a successful charge, contact support and include the purchase platform, plan type, payment date, and receipt or order reference so we can review the entitlement status.
